In order to enter our competition you need to;

• Visit 10 of the venues who are supporting our Leek Open Studios and Art Trail
• Look for the poster in their window and make a note of the famous artists name on the poster
• Complete the form below putting the venue name in the left box and the name of the matching famous artist in the right box.

All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw.

Prizes are vouchers which you can spend with any of the artists taking part in the Leek Open Studios and Art Trail 2020.
1st Prize – £75
2nd Prize – £50
3rd Prize – £25
