Tagg Floral is an independent studio florist, based at the Foxlowe Arts Centre, providing flowers for wedding and events, floral installations and seasonally inspired workshops across Staffordshire. Claire is a small scale grower, striving to use all UK based foliage’s. She makes and delivers beautiful hand-tied bouquets, wrapped in gorgeous hand drawn papers. Her background in textiles influences her designs, she has an understanding of the structure of flowers and a good eye for colour.
Describe what you will be demonstrating at the event
I will be doing live demonstrations of putting together floral installations using flowers I have grown on my flower farm. Using different containers and techniques, I will talk through the processes. I will also show present my portfolio. This contains sketches of my flowers which I do not usually have on display (because I am too shy) Hopefully this will encourage many conversations with passers by about flowers in general, sharing tips, talking about art, colours etc
