Lauren Lawton is a mixed media artist based in Stoke-on-Trent. Since 2016 she has explored a variety of textile printing and hand dying techniques and most recently acrylic inks on unprimed canvas. Taking inspiration from nature and the human made her minimalistic, abstract style seeks to explore the contrasting elements of expressive colour washes and hard edge shapes.
